Wanda is a graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and is a member of AUSTA (Australian String Teaching Association). She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace and Training and has been teaching music for 22 years. Wanda is foremost, a Violinist who specialises in String Teaching. She also specialises in Music Theory and Composition.
In Sydney, Wanda was a member of the Sydney Youth Orchestra and was involved as a Piano Accompanist for different occasions such as ballet classes Later she was involved with teaching and performing in various orchestras.
Wanda is a qualified Violinist, Music Theorist, Pianist and Classical Guitarist. Other instruments she teaches are the Viola, Mandolin and Ukulele. She is also a qualified Music Theorist and has been under the tutelage of Australian composers such as Dulcie Holland and Eric Gross.
Due to demand, Wanda leads the 'Don't Fret' Guitar Ensemble - an eclectic classical ensemble. Wanda also leads the newly formed GRC String Quartet and is always on the lookout for serious Violin and Viola players.
Her interests include Orchestration, Chamber Music, Composition and Theatre.
Her aim is to deliver a proper well‐rounded musical education to a prospecting student young and old.
